Did you know God designed our dreams to be a way to guide us, to warn us, and also to direct our future course. But when this area of your life is being hindered, you will either not remember them at all, or be constantly plagued with demonic attacks, dreams of animals, dead people, fighting or running away from something. Either way you are not hearing from God properly. This means there could be important messages that are being missed.

For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed; Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, ^ That he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man. He keepeth back his soul from the pit, and his life from perishing by the sword. (Job 33:14-18)

God desires to speak to us, and one of the main ways He talks is through dreams. 

When God needed to save His son from Herod, he spoke to Joseph in a dream to tell him to go to Egypt. And once it was safe, He spoke to him again in another dream. What would have happened if Joseph never heard God, if that dream got blocked? If something interfered and intercepted that message?

When they had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up,” he said, “take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.” (Matthew 2:13)
