Good Day Child of God,

Today’s Devotion and Reflection is based on the Scripture: Psalm 46:1-3 (NIV)

“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”

Moral Story: 

Life is filled with storms—difficulties, trials, and challenges that can shake us to our core. However, the psalmist reminds us that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Trusting God in the storms means relying on His strength and finding refuge in His presence, even when circumstances seem overwhelming. When we place our trust in Him, fear loses its grip, and we can navigate the storms of life with courage and confidence.

Short Prayer: 

Dear Lord, I thank You for being my refuge and strength. In the midst of life’s storms, help me to trust in Your presence and rely on Your strength. Calm my fears and grant me the courage to face every challenge. In Jesus’ name, amen.

Today, I choose to trust God in the storms of life. He is my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. I will not fear, for He is with me. I am empowered to face every challenge with courage and confidence, knowing that He is in control.
